1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using who'd poopy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old.

2. What who'd poopy is

who'd poopy is an entertainment app for couples to humorously log, score, and map their bathroom visits.

The Service is provided "as is", for fun.

3. Account and registration

To use the Service, you create an account with email and password or via Google sign-in.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Not medical advice

who'd poopy is an entertainment app. The frequency stats, timing, and any information shown (including the "Poop Health" screen) do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a health record.

Do not make health decisions based on the app. For any health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

5. Plans and payment

The Service offers a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, access requires a paid plan:

• Monthly — full access with recurring billing.
• Lifetime — permanent full access with a one-time payment.

6. Payments and pricing

Current prices are shown on the Plans page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card data.

We may change prices with prior notice. Price changes do not affect lifetime purchases already made.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for both plans. Users in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as required by applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• attempt to bypass payments or access third-party accounts;
• overload, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• submit offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

9. Your data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. The data you log is yours; we do not sell your content.

10. Intellectual property

The who'd poopy brand, app, design, and content are owned by the operator. These Terms grant no rights over the brand or the code.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of the Service.

12. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where applicable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the consumer's domicile.
